Child safety

FloraVerse prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualizing minors, grooming, sextortion, and trafficking. FloraVerse is for people aged 13 and over.

When we find or are told about CSAE content, we remove it, permanently ban the accounts involved, preserve the evidence as the law requires, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement where appropriate.

Reporting

Every post, comment, listing, and conversation has a Report option in its ⋮ menu. Reports are private. Our team reviews them promptly, normally within 24 hours, and acts on anything that breaks our Terms.

For urgent child-safety concerns, email safety@floraverse.app. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first.

Blocking

Block anyone from the ⋮ menu on their content or your conversation. Blocked people can't message you, and you won't see their posts, comments, or listings. Manage blocked people in Settings → Blocked users.

Meeting buyers and sellers

• Keep conversations in FloraVerse until you're comfortable.
• Meet in a busy public place during the day, or bring someone with you.
• Inspect the plant before you pay.
• Never pay in advance to someone you haven't met, and never share passwords or verification codes.
• Be wary of prices that seem too good to be true or pressure to act fast.
• Report suspicious users so we can review them.

Compliance
