Your data

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your FloraVerse account and the data stored with it. Deletion in the app happens immediately.

In the app

  1. Open FloraVerse and sign in.
  2. Open the menu, then Settings.
  3. Choose Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.

Without the app

Email us from the address on the account. We delete it within 7 days, and we may ask you to confirm the request first.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, sign-in, and settings
  • Your plants, cases, diagnoses, scans, and uploaded photos
  • Your posts and comments
  • Your marketplace listings and conversations
  • Your wallet history, gifts, feedback, and reports you filed

What we keep

Copies in server logs and backups are removed within 30 days. Reports other people filed about your content may be kept for up to one year for safety and legal reasons. Plants you reserved are released back to their sellers.

Delete some data, keep the account

Delete individual posts, plant cases, and listings in the app, or email privacy@floraverse.app and name the data you want removed.
